Donations are pooled and awarded to eligible districts through our mini‑grant process. If you prefer to designate your gift to a specific district or school, please contact us and we will gladly facilitate your request.

Fred Meyer/Kroger Community Rewards

PLATES is enrolled in the Fred Meyer/Kroger Community Rewards program, which allows you to support our mission every time you shop — at no cost to you. When you link your Fred Meyer/Kroger Rewards card to PLATES, they donate a portion of their charitable giving to us based on your purchases. Your personal rewards points, fuel points, and coupons stay exactly the same.

Participating is simple:

  1. Log in to your Fred Meyer or Kroger account.

  2. Go to Community Rewards.

  3. Search for Providing Lunch Access to Every Student or our nonprofit number AC278.

  4. Select us as your preferred organization.

Once you’re enrolled, Fred Meyer/Kroger automatically sends contributions to PLATES each quarter, helping us reduce unpaid meal debt across Alaska school districts.
