  • PLATES has submitted all documentation to be a 501(c)(3) to the IRS; once approved donations can retroactively be tax-deducible.

  • All district donations will be submitted to school districts in Alaska facing unpaid school meal debt which impacts the students they serve.

  • We are encouraging school districts, PTAs, and other associations to partner with PLATES to house fund-raising on their behalf. We can collect the donations, provide the receipt of donation for tax purposes, and provide the funding that was directed to specific school districts.
